Important Information:
Vendor Registrations and payments are due by November 22nd, 2024.
This is a fundraiser for our scholarship fund which helps kids get to our Camp programs!
We will have both indoor and outdoor space available spaces are approximately 10' x 10'
Vendor cost is $50 for the space, we will provide you with a table (folding or picnic) and chairs.  If $50 is a hardship, PLEASE reach out to Jess at jvanacoro@campherrlich.org to discuss.
You are welcome to bring your own pop up tent for outdoor spaces and other set-up pieces if you like.
Vendor fees can be remitted via cash or check dropped off to Camp, Venmo to @Jessica-Vanacoro, or PayPal to jvanacoro@comcast.net.  If you don't have any of these or would prefer to pay in a different way, please e-mail jvanacoro@campherrlich.org for another payment method.
If we have to cancel due to weather, you will be refunded your fee in the same method you paid it.

Completing this application does not guarantee you a spot.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with more information once your application and payment are processed.
